The hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I was picked up from the wrong bus stop and given a seven-day bus pass upon checking in, which was very convenient. The views from the terrace were stunning and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to Seiser Alm and the surrounding area.
No complaints.

The Trocker family's warm hospitality and helpfulness. Convenient pick-up from the wrong bus stop. Seven-day bus pass provided. Delicious and value-for-money dinners. Accommodating guests without prior plans. Great idea of a salad bar each night. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Magnificent view from the terrace. Valuable touring advice from the Trocker family

On a recent weekend away, I enjoyed a great view of the mountains and was able to access the surrounding areas easily. The breakfast that was served was delicious and there was a good variety of options available.
My room was located above a noisy area and it was difficult to sleep beyond 7 am. the balcony attached to my room was very small and only had one chair available.
